1.1 Face Data and Uploaded Images

Our apps may allow you to upload a photo that contains your face for the purpose of generating AI-powered visual content. We do not extract biometric identifiers or use facial recognition technology. Images are processed temporarily via our infrastructure and our processing partner, fal.ai. These images are used solely to generate the requested video and are automatically deleted from our systems and fal.ai after processing is complete, typically within minutes. We do not store facial data permanently, nor do we use it for identity verification, recognition, or analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data for lawful purposes, including:

• Operating, maintaining, and improving our Apps.
• Generating personalized visual content such as AI videos or animations.
• Providing customer support.
• Research and development.
• Compliance, safety, and fraud detection.

Uploaded face images are used solely for video generation and are not used for advertising, profiling, or facial recognition. These are not shared with third parties outside the video processing scope.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your data with:

• Service providers such as fal.ai who assist with media generation under strict confidentiality and security controls.
• Affiliates and subsidiaries for internal purposes.
• Law enforcement or regulators where legally required.

We do not sell, license, or share facial images or biometric data for any marketing or analytics purpose.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Uploaded photos are stored temporarily and deleted automatically after processing, typically within 24 hours. Generated videos may be retained so that users can access their results.

Other data may be retained as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, legal obligations, or legitimate business needs.
